  1. Introduction and Summary to Sura 112 (Ikhlas)

  3. This early Meccan Sura sums up in a few terse words the Unity of the Allahhead -- often professed, but frequently mixed up in the popular mind with debasing superstitions.

  5. C.292-(Verses 1 to 4)-Keep Faith all pure and undefiled. There is Allah, the One and Only; Eternal, Free of all needs; on Whom depend, to Whom go back, all things; He hath no son nor father nor partner. There is no person like unto Him.

  7. 112:1 SURA 112. Ikhlas, or Purity (of Faith). In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Say: He is Allah. the One and Only; 
  8. 112:2 Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; 
  9. 112:3 He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 
  10. 112:4 And there is none like unto Him.
